Pastor Neil and Diana Thomas
I became a Christian at the age of 19 and met my Hong Kong born wife -to be the next week. I served as a Deacon and Treasurer at a Baptist Church in Australia until we moved to Hong Kong in 1993. We have two adult daughters who now live in Australia. I have always worked in the finance industry and have been an avid investor since the age of 16. I have learnt that the best focus for investing my trust, time and talents is by “laying up for yourselves treasures in heaven”. (Matthew 6:20)
My goal in life is for us is to be saved and to experience life “more abundantly” (John 10:10).
I have most recently served as an assistant Pastor with Calvary Church in Hong Kong before joining FCC in April 2022. I look forward to meeting you.
I was born and brought up in Hong Kong and left at 18 for university in the United Kingdom. 13 years later, in 1996, I returned to Hong Kong and since 2000 have attended FCC. In 2005, I joined the FCC’s leadership. My goal in life is to know God, and to make Him known. In my work as a dental surgeon, I endeavour to offer peace of mind as well as peace of the mouth. I specialize in Prosthodontics, and teach part-time at the University of Hong Kong as an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor. I am married to Yvonne with adult children, Samuel and Katherine. I do enjoy motor racing both as a spectator and avid participant.
I was born in Penang, Malaysia and moved to HK in 1995. I attended FCC since 1998 and joined the leadership in 2007. I am passionate about using God's gifts to help others. I work as an Anaesthesiologist and my vocation is to train the next generation. I am married to Christine and we have three grown children who live in three different countries. During my down time, I enjoy the outdoors, movies, and food!
I became a follower of Jesus in 1970 through a gospel outreach to high school students in a small town in the U.S. I attended several Evangelical Free churches in the U.S. throughout the years. I was transferred by my company to Hong Kong in 2008 and I now work for a Shenzhen factory. I became a FCC elder in 2016. I am married to Joyce and we have three adult children. I had a stroke in 2011 which left me partly paralyzed and I have a difficult time with language. However, I have experienced God’s love and many miracles because of the stroke.
